Accounts on Suneo4D are for personal use only. You may not use your Account on behalf of any third party, and you may not allow any other individual to access or use your Account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
To access the full range of services on Suneo4D, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid username, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and to set a secure password.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Suneo4D will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Suneo4D is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Suneo4D reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the verification process.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: eWallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes; FPX/DuitNow bank transfers are typically processed within 10 to 60 minutes; cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 30 to 90 minutes, subject to blockchain network conditions. These timeframes are indicative and may be extended during high-volume periods or pending additional verification.
Suneo4D does not charge a platform-side fee on standard withdrawals processed via MYR payment methods. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may incur a network transaction fee applicable at the time of processing. Suneo4D is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment service providers or banking institutions on their end.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: Suneo4D complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal. Accounts under AML review may have their withdrawal privileges temporarily suspended pending investigation. Players are expected to cooperate fully with any such request.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available by Suneo4D are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's terms page. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only unless otherwise specified. Suneo4D employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically stated as 7 or 14 calendar days from the date of crediting. Any uncompleted wagering requirement on an expired bonus will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided automatically. Bonus expiry periods cannot be extended.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Suneo4D platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:
All content on the Suneo4D Platform — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, brand identity, game interfaces, software, source code, written content, graphics, video streams, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Suneo4D or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational use only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from Suneo4D.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suneo4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from:
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Suneo4D makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
Suneo4D reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — instances of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, incomplete KYC compliance, or any activity that we reasonably believe poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the Platform. Upon such suspension, available balances may be withheld pending investigation.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your primary payment method, subject to completion of the standard KYC verification process.
Upon termination of your Account — whether initiated by you or by Suneo4D — all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13) shall remain in full force and effect.
